During a routine deployment of some bug fixes to TrustedForm, we encountered an unexpected problem and rolled back to the previous version of software. During that time, the claim API was returning HTTP 500s. LeadConduit customers' claims will be automatically retried. If you are using the claim API directly, you will need to reclaim any certificates where the API responded with an HTTP 500. We apologize for this inconvenience and are looking into how to protect against this condition moving forward.
