TrustedForm Database Entered Degraded State

This evening one of TrustedForm's databases suffered a lost node. While this shouldn't impact the service, it did. For about 5 minutes starting around 8:19pm CDT the TrustedForm App was unavailable. As service was restored, the TrustedForm App remained in a degraded state until a little after 10pm CDT. At this time we're working on restoring the failed node and organizing to retry all failed attempts at claiming TrustedForm certs.
