Starting around 10:15am central time, TrustedForm's claim API was down for a period of approximately 10 minutes. During this time, most calls to claim certificates received HTTP 502 responses. If you are calling the claim API, all calls to that API which gave anything other than an HTTP 201 in response will need to be retried. This was the result of a server capacity problem. We are in the process of adding more capacity and should have this resolved today, November 14.
We take system reliability and uptime seriously. Please accept our apologies and bear with us while we work through provisioning more capacity. Longer term, it is our plan to better automate adding capacity in order to quickly handle large upticks in TrustedForm certificates being issued and claimed.
