Claims for Extended Certificates Regression
Incident Report for ActiveProspect
Resolved
Last night (Oct 14-15), the ActiveProspect API experienced a regression in services between the times of 11:58pm and 1:39am (Central). During this time claims against extended certificates failed.

We are reviewing logs and database records to recover and address claims that were unsuccessful during that time. In the event we are unable to recover all the missing claims, you will need to resubmit any which were unrecoverable.

As soon as we determined the applications were unrecoverable our team "rolled back" the applications to a previous stable version. The cause of the first incident is related to yesterday's deployment and we are researching what changed to result in the error.

As stressful and frustrating as this is for us, we know these sorts of incidents are equally frustrating for you. It's for this very reason that we take these matters seriously, continually looking for ways we can improve stability in our applications, and ensuring that when problems do arise that we communicate them to you as soon as we are able.

We apologize for this morning's disruption and will have a followup message when we we've completed our investigation.
