TrustedForm script slowdown on certain sites
Incident Report for ActiveProspect
Resolved
At around 5:20 Eastern Time we introduced an improvement to the TrustedForm script that programmatically detects form submit events so that we can more confidently track consumer consent. This change allows us to remain dedicated to consumer privacy while also allowing us to automatically extended the claim period for certificates, allowing for claims to be done even on aged leads. This change ultimately increases the value of every lead, since they can be used in a greater variety of workflows - for example, warm call transfers that require more time and effort before they're sold to an end buyer.

In a very small percentage of websites utilizing the script, this change has caused a slowdown on pages with complex forms utilizing a number of JavaScript interactions. We have rolled the change back at around 6:40 ET after getting feedback from affected customers. We are reaching out to these publishers in order to find a fix that allows them to leverage this great new capability without affecting website performance.

If you have been affected by this change, please contact support@activeprospect.com so we can work together to find a permanent solution.
