Over the last two days we have experienced intermittent slow downs in LeadConduit processing due to a single customer saturating the system with a glut of leads. Those slow downs occurred during midday (central time) on June 2nd and June 3rd. We are in the process of increasing our capacity by standing up additional servers. We are currently working with the customer to reduce lead flow until we can scale up.
Soon we will be making changes to our infrastructure which will allow us to increase capacity on demand in order to quickly address increased unexpected lead flow.
If you were impacted by this performance problem and our lack of communication regarding it up until this point, please accept our apologies. We always aim to publish slow downs as soon as they occur. In this case, we had hoped to remediate this issue before it became widespread. That did not happen and we should have identified it publicly sooner.
