BatchRobot File Generation and Delivery Issues

Resolved

BatchRobot experienced issues generating and delivering some files overnight. The issue (background processes not working as expected) has been resolved and failed files can be regenerated and redelivered from within the BatchRobot UI.

We are aware of intermittent issues regarding file generation and delivery and continue to research long term solutions to these issues.
