All maintenance is finished, and all spooled leads have been replayed. LeadConduit Classic and BatchRobot are now back to full, normal operation.

All database changes are complete, and incoming leads are being handled normally. Spooled leads will be processed as quickly as possible.

Update
The primary database server had to be fully restarted, resulting in downtime for the web LeadConduit Classic UI as well as a short outage for BatchRobot. That restart is still underway, shortly after which all services should return to normal.

On Saturday, May 28, we will have another small maintenance task on the LeadConduit Classic database. Work will begin at 9:00 PM CT, and should be complete by 9:15 PM. During this time, incoming leads will continue to be accepted, but handling and delivery will be delayed. The web UI will still be available.
