We have updated our legal terms, effective July 9, 2014.
You can review the new ActiveProspect Terms of Service here: http://activeprospect.com/legal/tos. These terms apply to all ActiveProspect services. They also incorporate our "Acceptable Use Policy," which was previously provided in a separate document.
Additionally, we have implemented a TrustedForm End User License Agreement for publishers using the TrustedForm Script on their websites. This agreement was previously called the TrustedForm Terms of Service or, alternatively, the TrustedForm Publisher Terms. It has been revised and updated and is available for review at http://activeprospect.com/legal/trustedform-eula.
Unless you have executed a separate written agreement with ActiveProspect, your continued use of the ActiveProspect services or the TrustedForm Script represents your consent to the revised ActiveProspect Terms of Service and TrustedForm EULA referenced above.
